About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to oversee all aspects of our property's Food & Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. This role is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance while aligning operations with brand standards and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the F&B and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor performance, and maximize profitability.
  • Implement brand strategies and introduce innovative F&B concepts to stay competitive.
  • Drive service excellence, resolve guest concerns, and ensure consistent quality.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams.
  • Maintain compliance with cash, liquor, and inventory control policies.
