Hiring: ServiceNow ArchitectLocation: Chennai,Bangalore,Hyderabad,PuneExperience: 10+ Years | 8+ Years in ServiceNowAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep platform expertise, strong architectural vision.Primary ServiceNow Skills (Must-Have)- Telecom - TSM, OMT, SOMT, TNI- Non Telecom - ITSM,CSM,ITOM,CMDBKey Responsibilities- Serve as the technical authority for ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices.- Define and drive the platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and design standards.- Lead implementation across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom apps.- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and seamless integrations.- Conduct solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance sessions.- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.- Mentor ServiceNow developers and admins; enforce technical excellence.- Stay current with latest ServiceNow releases, trends, and marketplace solutions.- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, ITIL, and security best practices.-Required Qualifications- 10+ years of IT experience; 8+ years dedicated to ServiceNow.- Strong expertise with ITSM and at least two modules (ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).- Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer.- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.⭐ Preferred Qualifications- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (multiple modules), CAD, CTA.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Exposure to cloud ecosystems: AWS, Azure, GCP.Why Join Us?- Lead enterprise-grade ServiceNow transformations- Work with cutting-edge Telco solutions (OSS/BSS)- High-impact, architecture-driven role- Growth pathway toward ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA)
