This role is ideal for professionals with experience inCanadian Corporate Restructuring ,Amalgamations ,Succession Planning , andCanada GST Services . You will have the opportunity to engage with clients directly, providing tailored solutions in a range of complex tax and accounting matters for Canadian businesses.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advisory services inCanadian Corporate Restructuringwith a focus onAmalgamationsandSuccession Planning .Assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.ManageCanada GST Services , including guidance on registration, filing, and compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax and accounting solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing business.Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience in aclient-facing tax/accounting role(preferably with a focus on Canadian tax matters).Strong knowledge and experience inCanadian Corporate Restructuring, Amalgamations , andSuccession Planning .Expertise inCanada GST Services , including all aspects of compliance and advisory.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
