Coordinate with vendors and service providers (COSMOS Business Machine, Poly/HP, Crestron, Extron, Microsoft Teams, etc.) to resolve ongoing issues.8. Maintain VC support ticketing and reporting systems (issue tracker reports, daily VC call reports, daily testing reports).9. Participate in escalations involving network, messaging, and client teams related to VC/TP issues.10. Attend client meetings to discuss requirements, new implementations, and improvements for VC/TP setups.11. Provide additional support for regular meetings and assist users with Wi-Fi or connectivity-related issues.
