Responsibilities -
Strong interpersonal communication
Preferably looking for a candidate having experience in closing- Residential Sales.
Minimum of 4+ years' experience.
Knowledge of West micro-markets will be preferable especially from east and west.
Qualifications - MBA- Any Stream
Required Skills
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
Good in Closing- Residential sales
Good market knowledge
Aware of market knowledge
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Looking smart candidates who are from developer firm and Mandate segment.
Candidate preferred from Real estate.
