Job Title: Power BI Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Hyderabad, India Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to transform complex business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization, ensuring actionable insights for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze complex business requirements within the BI context and design robust data models. Create dynamic dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI. Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with well-defined objectives. Perform data analysis and generate reports to facilitate informed decision-making. Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts while conducting detailed analysis. Provide exceptional end-user support for deployed BI solutions. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Must Have: Proven 5+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining reports in Power BI. Proficiency with MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS, TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX. Experience with source code management tools like GIT and Azure Dev Ops. Familiarity with delivering BI solutions using Agile and Dev Ops methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Relevant certifications in Power BI, MS SQL Server, or related BI technologies. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
