Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to transform complex business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization, ensuring actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze complex business requirements within the BI context and design robust data models.
  • Create dynamic dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
  • Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with well-defined objectives.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts while conducting detailed analysis.
  • Provide exceptional end-user support for deployed BI solutions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Proven 5+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining reports in Power BI.
  • Proficiency with MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS, TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX.
  • Experience with source code management tools like GIT and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with delivering BI solutions using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications in Power BI, MS SQL Server, or related BI technologies.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
