Marketing Lead
We are looking for a multidisciplinary designer with hands-on expertise in video production, infographics, website design, and UI/UX to help bring our deep-tech innovations to life. This role blends creative storytelling with technical design skills to produce engaging content, digital experiences, and assets that fuel our marketing campaigns, sales pitches, and customer engagement.
Video & Motion Graphics
Design and produce explainer videos, product demos, and animated presentations.
Edit short-form and long-form video content for customer stories, marketing campaigns, and trade shows.
Infographics & Visual Content
Website & Digital Design
Design and manage company website, landing pages, and microsites for campaigns.
Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across digital platforms.
UI/UX Design
Create mockups, wireframes, and interaction models for web and native apps.
Design collateral for sales decks, trade show booths, and digital campaigns.
Contribute creative ideas to marketing strategy with visually compelling narratives.
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience in UI/UX workflow from wireframing to prototyping (Figma/Adobe XD/InVision).
Video production and editing skills including animation and motion graphics.
Understanding of responsive web design and CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow/React-based front-ends).
Strong eye for brand consistency and detail.
Bonus: Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (Blender, Three.js, Unity, etc.) Blends creativity with structured design thinking.
Self-driven, collaborative, and able to manage multiple design projects.
Ownership of design across marketing, sales, and product storytelling touchpoints.
