About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Event Production to oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of events from conception to completion. In this role, you will ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest operational standards , working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This is a hands-on role focused on event operations, production management, and smooth execution .Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end operational execution of events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metManage logistics, vendor coordination, contract negotiations, and risk managementSupervise production materials, technical requirements, and on-site operationsCollaborate with clients and internal teams to define operational requirements and deliverablesLead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination across departmentsProactively identify operational risks and implement solutionsMaintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycleMust-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience in event operations or production managementProven expertise in budget management, logistics, execution, vendor management, and contract negotiationStrong knowledge of event production materials and technical requirementsExcellent project management and team leadership skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsAbout UsFor over 11 years , we have delivered 1,000+ successful projects across corporate events, brand experiences, and private celebrations.
