For our clients,quality means revenue protection : every release safeguarded, every growth stage supported.Role DescriptionWe are looking for adriven, entrepreneurial Business Development Partnerto help us grow Quntic’s client base. This role is fully remote, freelance, commission-only and offered on a6-month contract .You will focus on:Identifying decision-makers within software/tech companiesBuilding relationships that lead topre-onboarding calls with our founderPresenting Quntic’s QA service packages with confidence and professionalismManaging outreach across LinkedIn, email and other channelsDeveloping and maintaining a qualified sales pipelineThis isnot a quick-win sales role . We are seeking serious professionals who understand client acquisition and value building long-term business relationships.High performers will havelong-term earning potentialand the opportunity to grow with Quntic as the role scales.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisitionDemonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)Results-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyFamiliarity with software/technology sectors (preferred, not essential)CompensationCommission-only : starting at10% of closed deals , with potential for higher tiers based on performancePayments released once Quntic receives client funds (clear, transparent process)6 month freelance contract, with renewal opportunities for high performers
