We are committed to building sustainable, large-scale developments that meet the needs of growing communities and industries.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and project execution . The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience in managing civil construction projects end-to-end —from initial planning through to successful completion.This role demands excellent technical knowledge , especially in civil works execution and quantity estimation , as well as proven leadership and risk management capabilities. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple project phases, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee the full lifecycle of civil construction projectsDevelop a clear and actionable project plan, including scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and work breakdown structureAssess project risks and implement effective contingency plansSupervise on-site execution of civil works including earthwork, RCC, drainage, roads, water supply, and utilitiesPerform and verify accurate quantity calculations for all types of civil work to support procurement, cost control, and billingCoordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and local authoritiesLead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear task ownershipMaintain project documentation: progress reports, work logs, quantity sheets, quality checklists, and billing documentsEnsure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and construction standardsCommunicate project status, updates, and challenges effectively to senior managementQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)Experience: 10–12 years in civil construction, with at least 5 years managing full-scale projectsStrong expertise in site execution, infrastructure works , and quantity take-offsDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver completed projectsFamiliarity with construction codes, local regulations, and environmental & safety standardsProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Excel, and quantity surveying toolsPMP or equivalent project management certification is a plusExcellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skillsWhy Join Gopin Developer?As a Project Manager at Gopin Developer, you’ll lead landmark developments and directly contribute to shaping the urban and industrial landscape of Gujarat.
