What you work: As a Senior Engineer you will be responsible for – CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.

Configure and manage build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Circle CI, or Azure Dev Ops.

Monitor and optimize the performance of the CI/CD pipeline to ensure high availability and reliability.

Automation and Integration: Develop and manage automated deployment scripts and processes.

Integrate tools and technologies to enhance automation and reduce manual intervention.

Ensure seamless integration of various development, testing, and deployment tools.

Collaboration and Support: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure that the CI/CD pipeline meets the needs of all stakeholders.

Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the CI/CD process.

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of the CI/CD pipeline.

Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into pipeline efficiency and deployment metrics.

Address and resolve any bottlenecks or failures in the pipeline promptly.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that security best practices are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.

Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to maintain compliance.

Mandatory skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.

Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

Desired skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 4 to 6 years in a dev-ops role.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on CI/CD pipeline management.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Circle CI, or Azure Dev Ops.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
