Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) skills

Experience in managing and developing teams

Recruitment:
· Conduct continuous recruitment for sales profiles and other roles as needed.
· Meet recruitment targets set by the company.
Performance Management:
· Manage the company's internal performance management system on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
· Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives.
· Provide guidance and support to employees on performance improvement plans.
Regularize attendance discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
Policy Adherence:
· Ensure employees are following company policies and procedures.
· Address any violations of policies promptly and appropriately.
· Provide training and guidance to employees on company policies as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Provide necessary support and guidance to outsourced employees regarding company policies, procedures, and expectations.
· Regularly assess the performance and effectiveness of outsourced employees and provide feedback to the outsourcing agencies as needed.
· Collaborate with internal teams to integrate outsourced employees seamlessly into the company's operations and culture.
Training and Development Oversight:
· Ensure that internal training and development programs are effectively implemented and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
· Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop training plans for employees.
· Organize and facilitate internal training sessions, workshops, and seminars as necessary.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance assessments.
· Monitor employees' participation in external training programs and ensure that they align with individual development plans.
· Track and maintain records of employees' training and development activities.
· Provide guidance and support to employees seeking professional development opportunities.
· Continuously assess and update the company's training and development strategies to meet evolving business needs and industry trends.
