The ideal candidate must have prior experience interacting with international clients and a solid understanding of SEO strategies, GMB optimization, reporting, and project delivery.This role requires someone who can act as a strong bridge between the internal team and clients—ensuring smooth communication, timely deliverables, and daily client meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end GMB and SEO projects for US & Canada clients.Act as the primary point of contact between the clients and internal execution teams.Conduct daily meetings with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of output.Perform basic audits on GMB profiles and websites to identify improvement areas.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.Ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines and meet quality standards.Escalate project challenges proactively and provide solutions.Maintain clear communication across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in managing SEO/GMB projects.Experience handling US and Canada-based clients is mandatory .Strong understanding of Google My Business optimization, SEO basics, ranking factors, and reporting.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects at once.Strong coordination, project management, and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working in night shift (US/Canada timezone).Good to HaveExperience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightLocal, SEMrush, etc.Experience in digital agencies or international client servicing roles.Ability to analyze data and provide insights.Why Join Us?Work remotely with a global client base.Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.Work closely with international clients and expand your expertise.
