We’re looking for a Manager, Product Management to join the Machine Learning Experience (MLX) team
The AI experience we're creating is the foundation upon which our lines of business will continue to deliver next-generation machine learning-driven products and services for our customers.
Deeply understand the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers and model risk officers across Capital One.
Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies.
Interested in building lasting relationships with peers and having fun while building products that delight customers and drive value to the business.
Even better if you have experience doing this for data scientists and machine learning engineers.
Passionate about building a well-rounded product management skill set that is human centered, business focused, and technology driven with an emphasis on integrated problem solving and people leadership.
You are experienced working in an Agile environment.
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology
At least 8 years of professional work experience
At least 5 years of experience in product management
At least 3 years of experience in building AI powered products and/or AI platform products for enterprises
MBA or Master’s degree
Expertise in building enterprise products for AIOps and MLOps, AI/ML observability, AI/ML Model Governance and Automation
Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies
Experience in Data Science or Business Analytics
People leadership experience leading product managers
