To support this bold vision, we are looking for an accomplished Associate Director – Legal to take charge

of legal strategy and execution across our Go-to-Market initiatives and AI business vertical. managing risk in highly dynamic and regulated industries.

Partner with GTM and sales leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with

Drive agile and compliant GTM execution, including product launches, consumer warranties,

Advise on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks, ensuring

alignment with DPDP, GDPR, global AI regulations, and emerging Indian laws.

● Shape internal policies around responsible and ethical AI, balancing innovation with regulatory

Lead implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks, covering cross-border data

Manage regulatory risks, disputes, and external counsel strategy, ensuring proactive risk

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing commercially relevant legal guidance at

LL.B. (Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting; Expertise in DPDP, GDPR, AI regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations.

● Exceptional ability to balance legal risk with business agility.

● Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; experience building or mentoring legal

Shape the legal and compliance backbone of India's most ambitious EV and AI businesses.

● Partner directly with visionary leadership in building sustainable mobility and next-gen AI
