Role: Business Development Associate
Building and nurturing strong client relationships
This position requires high energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales . Prior experience in Ed Tech sales —especially in promoting English and Math programs for children aged 4–15—will be a strong advantage.
Proactively generate and qualify leads using various sales techniques, including cold calling.
Program Promotion & Sales Execution
Promote and sell our educational programs, with a strong focus on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation .
Experience in selling or promoting educational programs for children aged 4–15.
Excellent customer relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales and meeting targets.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree , with a keen interest in the Ed Tech sector.
