TITLE: Infrastructure Ops Engineer -Teams/O365Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka , India—(Hybrid Onsite-2 days)Contract : 6 months CTH-(Offshore)FOCUS : End User Computing & L3 SupportGrade : 9(2), 10(2),11(1)Job Duties:Understanding the use of the tools that we deploy to help our users collaborateUnderstanding why we have selected these tools to be the current standardPerform advanced troubleshooting of products supported with the aid of technical documents published by vendor and other industry professionalsBe the last point of escalation for matters of enforcing IT policySupport customers by escalating their incidents to vendors in the event of a product breakAnalyze trends and patterns of issues among users to identify systematic problemsWrite user support and technical documentation for user and helpdesk consumption to assist in use of the products you supportBasic Qualifications:3 years (Grade 9), 3-5 years (Grade 10), 5-7 years (Grade 11) minimum experience administrating:Microsoft Teams – meeting policies, app policies, team membership, team policiesMicrosoft SharePoint – SharePoint policies, retention policies, access permissionsMicrosoft OneDrive – Basic troubleshooting and sync troubleshootingExperience with cross tenant and cross company migrations in pursuit of M&A projects3 years (Grade 9), 3-5 years (Grade 10), 5-7 years (Grade 11) of experience working in an IT engineering position OR bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT ConcentrationFamiliarity with ITIL principles and with ticketing systems such as ServiceNowFamiliarity with AzureAD/EntraID and basic hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructureFamiliarity with the principles of Microsoft ExchangePreferred Qualifications:Microsoft Teams Rooms administrationMicrosoft Intune/Endpoint ManagerProficient in PowerShellFamiliarity with Microsoft Graph and forming Graph API callsFamiliarity and experience building PowerApps and Power Automate
