Company Description We are a Dubai Free Zone–based Import and Export company specializing in the trade of premium coffee beans and high-quality cocoa products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai . The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a key role in driving business growth through sales initiatives and marketing activities.
Conduct sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and closing deals.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business expansion.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
~2–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
~ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
~ Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
~ Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC countries as per business requirements.
~ Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
~ Must be eligible to work in the UAE with a valid Employment Visa/Residency Permit as per UAE labour law (company sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate).
