Operations Executive - Events & Campaigns | EGI

Ebullient Gaming India (EGI) is a leading full-service agency specializing in impactful marketing solutions for global brands. With an extensive portfolio that includes Microsoft, AMD, Monster Energy, Pizza Hut, L'Oréal, YouTube, and many more, we are experts in creating innovative influencer-driven campaigns that engage audiences and deliver results.

We are currently seeking two Operations Executives who bring experience in event management , strong vendor relationships, and the ability to handle client operations efficiently.

Compensation: Industry Standard

Open Positions: 2

Location: Faridabad(Work from Office)

Hiring: Immediate, Full Time


Key Responsibilities:


Event and Campaign Execution:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand campaign/event requirements and deliverables.
  • Oversee seamless execution of brand campaigns, activations, and events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Source and manage vendors (fabricators, technicians, production teams, etc.), negotiating the best rates and ensuring top-quality work.
  • Work closely with influencers and creators to ensure deliverables align with brand objectives.
  • Monitor campaign/event performance and create post-event reports with actionable insights.


Client Servicing:

  • Act as the primary client liaison, promptly addressing concerns and resolving queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide creative and practical solutions to client challenges during campaign execution.


Vendor and Team Management:

  • Develop a strong network of vendors and external partners to support campaign execution.
  • Manage internal and external teams, including event staff, talent, and influencer coordinators.
  • Oversee team workflows, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to project deadlines.


Problem-Solving & Leadership:

  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks during campaign execution.
  • Lead with humility and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in gaming, tech, AI, and influencer marketing, integrating insights into campaigns when relevant.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in event management, brand campaigns, or agency operations .
  • Proven experience in managing on-ground activations , vendor negotiations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong vendor network and the ability to secure competitive pricing and quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of gaming, tech, AI , and influencer industries is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and team relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
