Key Responsibilities:

Brand Coordination:

Understand and interpret brand requirements to execute campaigns effectively.

Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Oversee campaign execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Act as a problem solver, providing effective solutions to client challenges.

Communicate professionally and politely, ensuring client satisfaction.

Team Management:

Lead and manage the operations and talent teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support.

Ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

Proactive Leadership:

Anticipate potential issues and proactively implement solutions.

Demonstrate humility and approachability, creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to keep the agency at the forefront of the market.

Gaming, Tech and AI Knowledge:

Possess basic knowledge of the gaming, tech and AI space, including the latest trends and developments.

Stay updated with esports teams, influencers and relevant gaming, tech and AI communities.

Incorporate gaming, tech and AI insights into brand strategies and campaigns where applicable.

Qualifications:

Graduate with 5-7 years or more experience in the similar field

Proven experience in brand coordination and campaign execution.

Strong client relationship management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Humble and approachable demeanor.

Basic knowledge of the gaming, tech and AI industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
