Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress. Use appropriate tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost. Meet with clients to gather detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements (willingness to travel is required). Track project performance using appropriate systems and metrics. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, third party vendors, and internal teams. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Identify and sequence project activities to build a structured work plan. Assess resource requirements (time, cost, equipment) for successful project delivery. Develop and manage schedules to ensure effective resource allocation. Monitor ongoing project activities and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in 3D, CGI, or immersive technology domains. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. A proactive mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
