The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation test frameworks, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Python or Java .Create and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI and API testing.Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to improving testing processes and best practices.Required Skills:6+ years of experience in QA automation testing.Strong programming skills in Python or Java (at least one is mandatory).Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.Experience in writing and executing API tests using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.Good understanding of testing frameworks like PyTest , TestNG , or JUnit .Experience working with version control tools such as Git .Familiarity with CI/CD tools – Jenkins , GitLab CI/CD , etc.Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA , TestRail ).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
