This is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneur-In-Residence (Business Unit Head/Startup) at AugRay located in Chennai, India. The Entrepreneur-In-Residence will be responsible for leading and managing a specific business unit or startup within AugRay. Their day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing business strategies, managing resources and budgets, identifying market opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth and profitability.
Experience as an entrepreneur or in a leadership role within a startup with less than five years of experience.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field
Experience in the AI and XR (AR/MR and VR) industry is a plus
Experience in Manufacturing a plus
ESOPs with attractive compensation.
