As a Growth Analyst , you’ll have direct exposure to CXOs of leading brands , influencing high-impact business decisions.Role Overview:We are seeking a Growth Analyst to help our customers maximize profitability through revenue growth strategies and cost optimization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset , experience in e-commerce performance metrics , and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities: Work with Business stakeholders closely to driveRevenue Growth & Optimization -Analyse customer behaviour, pricing models, and conversion funnels to uncover revenue opportunities.Optimize pricing, bundling, and upsell strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).Identify and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and improve repeat purchase rates.Work with marketing teams to measure and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).Cost Optimization & ProfitabilityIdentify inefficiencies in fulfilment, logistics, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to improve margins.Analyse supply chain and inventory data to minimize holding costs and optimize cash flow.Develop profitability forecasting models and scenario analyses to guide financial decision-making.Data-Driven Insights & ExecutionBuild and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve analytics tools.Conduct A/B testing on growth initiatives to measure impact and refine strategies.Present key findings to CXOs and senior stakeholders , driving execution on high-impact recommendations.Key Metrics for SuccessRevenue Uplift (% increase in sales via pricing, retention, or AOV improvements).Profitability Growth (improvements in Gross Margin or EBITDA ).Marketing Efficiency (better ROAS , improved CAC/LTV ratio ).Cost Savings (reduction in fulfilment, inventory, or ad spend inefficiencies).Who You Are5+ years experience in growth analytics, e-commerce analytics, or D2 C consulting roles.Strong proficiency in data analysis, ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs (LTV, CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margins, etc.).Understanding of A/B testing, attribution modelling, and pricing analytics.Understanding of SQL and BI toolsExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams.Nice to HaveKnowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or performance marketing tools.Exposure to machine learning models for forecasting or personalization.Why Join Us?Work with fast-growing e-commerce brands generating $20 B+ in revenue.Gain direct exposure to CXOs of leading mid-market brands.Influence high-impact business decisions with cutting-edge analytics.Competitive compensation, professional growth, and a data-driven culture.
