We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and strategic partnerships. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Business Development Executive based out of Mumbai to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities (B2B), building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, and negotiating and closing deals. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. Corporate Ad Sales profile (Digital Marketing/Promotion Services) · Identify & source active real estate advertisers / Developers via online and offline sources. · Responsible for B2B lead generation & management, sales, and business development in Mumbai. · Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction. · Creation of a database of real estate developers & brokers. · Give a presentation to advertisers about our marketing services & packages. · Developing and maintaining the database, regular reporting & follow-ups · If candidates with relevant experience are appointed at a managerial level, they would be given a team to handle. Candidates with basic knowledge of Digital Marketing will be given preference Candidates with experience in B2B-Corporate Sales/Real Estate will be preferred Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
