Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven and proactive person to manage and grow our B2Bplastic product sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial orpolymer-based product sales, with a deep understanding of customer relationshipmanagement, business development, and brand positioning in B2B markets.Roles and Responsibilities:● Develop and execute sales strategies to build brand partnerships to sell PFCrecycled plastics.● Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors(automotive, packaging, construction, FMCG, etc.).● Manage existing customer accounts and ensure consistent order flow.● Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to offer customized solutions based onclient needs.● Build strong, long-term relationships with procurement, technical, anddecision-making teams.● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to recommend changes.● Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.● Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads andnetwork.● Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.● Maintain CRM tools with updated sales pipeline and client information.Qualifications & Experience:● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a relatedfield.● Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastics orpolymers industry.● Good understanding of plastic materials and applications.● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Desired Skills● Proficiency in different CRM software.● Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.● Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
