With over 1600+ completed projects , we specialize in delivering functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions across residential, commercial, institutional, and civic sectors.   We are looking for a skilled Assistant Architect with experience in liaisoning work related to municipal approvals and online building plan submissions. The candidate should have a good understanding of municipal drawings as per UDCPR and hands-on experience with BPMS systems.   Coordination and follow-up with Municipal Authorities for building plan approvals, NOCs, and related permissions. Support the senior architect in documentation, compliance, and submission work. Maintain project records, drawings, and approval status. Liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required. Clint in BPMS tracing of Municipal drawing.    Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of BPMS online systems. Good understanding of UDCPR and municipal drawing requirements. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.   Experience: ~ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in liaisoning and municipal submission work .
