Job Title: Lead App Sec / AWS SecOps Engineer
Location- Bangalore ( Hybrid)
Job Brief:
The job includes understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and application vulnerabilities, building and maintaining relationships with the security team and the vulnerability asset owners in order to negotiate remediation and problem-solve with asset owners to expedite vulnerability resolution. The job consists of hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and application vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
- Min 6-9 yrs of exp in App security related to vulnerability & cloud infrastructure engineering
- Prior hands- on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and need to understand containers' structure and components
- Able to assist with remedial steps to close the vulnerabilities
- Familiarity with application vulnerabilities
- Ability to interpret pen test reports
- Familiarity and some skills with programming in languages such as Ruby, Go, and/or JavaScript
- Strong communication skills & comfort with interaction with multiple stakeholders and documentation of results
- This position requires some real-time communication; able to overlap some US working hours, especially Pacific and Central
- Work experience in Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems
Skills - AWS cloud infrastructure, App security, Containers, Ruby or JavaScript
