Lead App Sec

Job Brief:The job includes understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and application vulnerabilities, building and maintaining relationships with the security team and the vulnerability asset owners in order to negotiate remediation and problem-solve with asset owners to expedite vulnerability resolution. The job consists of hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and application vulnerabilities.
Requirements:Min 6-9 yrs of exp in App security related to vulnerability & cloud infrastructure engineeringPrior hands- on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and need to understand containers' structure and componentsAble to assist with remedial steps to close the vulnerabilitiesFamiliarity with application vulnerabilitiesAbility to interpret pen test reportsFamiliarity and some skills with programming in languages such as Ruby, Go, and/or JavaScriptStrong communication skills & comfort with interaction with multiple stakeholders and documentation of resultsThis position requires some real-time communication; able to overlap some US working hours, especially Pacific and CentralWork experience in Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems
