Role Overview We are looking for a Lecturer – C and Python Programming to lead structured, hands-on training sessions for engineering students in Chennai. This is a short-term but impactful opportunity with the potential for extension or full-time engagement based on performance and feedback. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging training sessions in C Programming and Python Design lesson plans, coding exercises, and assessments Guide students through mini-projects and practical coding challenges Provide feedback, track performance, and document progress Work with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of the program Stay up to date with programming trends and incorporate them into teaching Requirements Strong knowledge of C (DS, pointers, file handling, etc.) and Python (OOP, libraries, exception handling) Excellent communication and mentoring skills Ability to simplify complex topics for a student audience Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or Corporate Instructor Exposure to project-based or outcome-based learning models Eligibility Criteria Education : B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience : Minimum 2 years in teaching/training or industry exposure in C & Python Certifications (Optional): Python or Software Development certifications preferred Why Join Us?
