We collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners to deliver outcome-driven learning programs designed to bridge the gap between education and employment.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lecturer – C and Python Programming to lead structured, hands-on training sessions for engineering students in Chennai. This is a short-term but impactful opportunity with the potential for extension or full-time engagement based on performance and feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging training sessions in C Programming and PythonDesign lesson plans, coding exercises, and assessmentsGuide students through mini-projects and practical coding challengesProvide feedback, track performance, and document progressWork with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of the programStay up to date with programming trends and incorporate them into teachingRequirementsStrong knowledge of C (DS, pointers, file handling, etc.) and Python (OOP, libraries, exception handling)Excellent communication and mentoring skillsAbility to simplify complex topics for a student audiencePrior experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or Corporate InstructorExposure to project-based or outcome-based learning modelsEligibility CriteriaEducation: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 2 years in teaching/training or industry exposure in C & PythonCertifications (Optional): Python or Software Development certifications preferredWhy Join Us?Contribute to meaningful skill development initiativesWork at the intersection of education and industryTravel and stay expenses coveredPotential for long-term or full-time roles across locations
