Role Overview You will create visually appealing, brand-aligned designs for Lantrn and our clients. Your work will include social media posts, branding elements, campaign creatives, ads, and marketing collaterals. You must be fast, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing consistent, high-quality output every day.Key Responsibilities Design daily social media creatives for multiple brandsCreate compelling visuals for ads, campaigns, and marketing materialsWork closely with the content and strategy teams to bring concepts to lifeEnsure brand guidelines are followed for each clientCreate carousel posts, thumbnails, banners, posters, and story designsAdapt designs quickly based on feedback and revisionsWork with tight timelines and deliver high-volume outputMaintain organized project files and design assetsRequired Skills Strong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and CanvaAbility to think creatively and produce fresh conceptsGood understanding of color theory, composition, and brandingKnowledge of social media design trendsFast execution ability without compromising qualityAbility to handle multiple brands at the same timeEye for detail and design accuracyGood communication and teamwork skillsExperience 1–3 years as a Graphic DesignerAgency experience is preferredSalary (Hyderabad Range) ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month(Depending on skill level and design portfolio)Performance Metrics (KPIs) Number of creatives delivered per dayQuality and creativity of designsOn-time deliveryClient and internal feedback scoreConsistency with brand guidelinesHow to Apply Email your resume + design portfolio to:Subject line:Application – Graphic Designer – Your NameContact / Whats App:
