Manage evergreen and job requisitions.Configure external career site brands and colors. Post jobs to career sites with embedded video.Using machine learning, present suggested skills and jobs to candidates for consideration. Enable candidates to search and apply for jobs, set criteria for Job Alert notifications, and start and save an application to complete at a later time.Source, manage, and collaborate on candidates through the Find Candidates and My Candidates reports, candidate pools, and the Job Requisition Workspace. Leverage Candidate Skills Match to increase the efficiency of identifying prospective candidates.Manage the application process, including employee referrals, endorsements, agencies, projected payouts, and candidate data, workflow, and self-scheduling.Define candidate workflow, including review, screen, assess, interview schedule and feedback, reference check, offer and employment agreement, background check, and ready for hire.Send automated interview reminders. Track prospects, collect consent and sources, and actively engage prospects and candidates using our branded communications tool. Support the management of high volumes of candidates.Set up and manage a process to guide workers through a series of onboarding tasks, such as updating contact and personal information and submitting an electronic I-9. Communicate relevant corporate and job-related information.
