About the Company:
Stader Labs is on a mission to bring sustainable staking yields from digital assets to 1Bn+ users. Stader aims to be the distribution layer of staking while building protocols and products which enhance the security, decentralization, liquidity, governance of some of the major DPoS blockchain networks like Ethereum.
Overview:
We are on the lookout for a visionary and adept Marketing Associate to spearhead our marketing efforts in the realm of staking. This role will focus on driving the integration and advancement of staking innovations, particularly in decentralized finance (DeFi), rewards systems, and product positioning. The person will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and growth ambitions. You will be instrumental in elevating our product's market presence and technical prowess within the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
About the role:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to engage and inform our audience.
- Help manage and update the company’s website and online presence.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Support event planning and coordination for promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing project timelines.
Requirement:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successfully executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Experience with brand and content marketing
