As we scale, we're looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer who will drive design excellence, shape product vision, and build experiences that resonate with global audiences.

The Lead UI/UX Designer will own the entire design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to create intuitive, beautiful, and functional interfaces. As a design leader, you'll also mentor junior designers and champion user-centric thinking across the organization.

Lead end-to-end design efforts across multiple digital products (web & mobile).
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Establish and maintain a design system for consistency and scalability.
Advocate for user-centric design principles across cross-functional teams.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

6–10 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role.
~ Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects with measurable impact.
~ Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
~ Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
~ Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
~ Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
~ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
