**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** User Research**: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- ** Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visually communicate design ideas.
- ** Design System Development**: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that aligns with brand guidelines across all platforms.
- ** UI Design**: Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and responsive, enhancing the overall user experience.
- ** UX Design**: Develop user flows, information architecture, and interactions that foster seamless, meaningful experiences.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
- ** User Testing**: Conduct usability testing and implement changes based on feedback and results to continuously improve the product.
- ** Tools & Software**: Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms for wireframing and prototyping.

**Key Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, demonstrating problem-solving skills, creativity, and user-centered thinking.
- ** Tools & Technologies**: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- ** Front-End Development Knowledge**: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers (experience with Material-UI is a plus).
- ** Soft Skills**: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively.
- ** Design Principles**: Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices, design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and changing requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Material-UI and responsive design.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and the importance of inclusive design.
