egro Communications , is a 15 years old organization and catering mainly to the MSME & Corporate segments. We have specific renowned client base and month on month adding verified new clients to the kitty. Our key motto is to serve our clients with best possible solutions - which includes proper planning and flawless execution. We already have a strong brand image in the mind of our existing clients and we are focused to keep our image intact by servicing them with an extra mile.
Required Experience:
We are intending to hire the person with following expertise,
- Must have a strong sense of aesthetic, creativity and can think out of the box.
- Having strong knowledge of Photoshop & Canva.
- Having experience in Photo & Video editing
- Having complete knowledge of various social media handing including paid promotions and analytics
- Must be well versed with Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

Qualifications
Preferred minimum Graduation in any stream.
Evaluation process:
Initially we will provide one small assignment to understand your knowledge level against our requirements. Candidate needs to complete the assignment online in our surveillance. Post that we will have audio bridge/Video conference interview.
Work Station & hours:
Initially 6-7 months it will be working from home but post that time candidate needs to join our office which is located at Behala, Kolkata (near Tram Depot).
Working hours 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Lunch recess: 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm.
We are mentioning this point as we want the candidate to be professional and must be focused during the working hours.
Remuneration & Incentives:
We will provide the selected candidate fixed remuneration, bonus (yearly once) and Incentive based on the performance.
- Fixed Remuneration: It will be between Rs. 8,000 to 12,000 based on the experience and expertise.
- Bonus: One Month fixed salary as bonus during festival time - once in a year.
- Incentive: As an employee, you will be handling some clients. So, there will be predefined parameters and expectations against each of the clients. Monthly incentive will be attached against the performance.
Remuneration will be reviewed during you start working from office.
