The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with operations/HR teams.· Coordinate and manage high-volume hiring drives in campus or walk-in interviews.· Build and manage a reliable database of candidates through on-field mobilization and registration of candidates through campus connect program.· Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.· Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and weekly recruitment reports.· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.· Collaborate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs.· Proven experience in blue collar/field hiring (minimum 2 year preferred)· Familiarity with local job market and recruitment channels.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring goal.· Basic knowledge of MS Excel.· Fluency in Hindi/English language.· Willingness to travel for recruitment drives.Required Skills & Qualifications:· 2-5 years of experience in Blue collar recruitment, preferably for technical or skilled workforce hiring.· Strong networking skills and ability to build industry relationships.· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.· Understanding of technical job requirements and workforce trends.· Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings efficiently.Benefits:· 5 days working (1st and 5th Saturday of every month is working day).· Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.· Positive and supportive work environment.RegardsPallavi ChoudharyShramIN Connect (P) Ltd - Talent Acquisition
