About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles (Developers, Engineers, Architects, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, coordination, and offer negotiation.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.Conduct initial HR and technical screening to assess candidate fit.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.Create and publish job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.Stay updated with current market trends, competitive hiring strategies, and new sourcing techniques.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (IT services, product, or consulting).Strong understanding of technical skills such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, Full-Stack, Data Engineering, etc.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
