· Prepare, submit, and track applications for permits, clearances, and approvals required for construction projects.
· Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all project requirements align with regulatory standards.
· Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations. . . Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
