Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Planning and Execution for HVAC and Cleanroom projects catering to the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the allocated budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC/Cleanroom projects for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure these are met to their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Project Engineering, specifically in HVAC/Cleanroom projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Cleanroom standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
