If you are passionate about analytics and are looking to make an impact in the field of catastrophe analysis, then this role is for you.Location: NashikResponsibilities:- Perform and analyse data trend analysis.- Conducting in-depth analysis of catastrophic events and their potential impact on businesses and communities.- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to develop models and scenarios for assessing and predicting catastrophe risk.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.- Assisting business units in the understanding of catastrophe risks, sensitivity studies & added analytics.- Develop and support the relationship underwriters and the offshore modeling team.- Providing real-time loss estimates of actual catastrophic events.- Preparing individual property insurance data for catastrophe risk analysis.Requirements:- Skills in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, and some programming knowledge is preferred.- Experience with data visualization and mapping tools is preferred.- Master’s degree or equivalent experience required.- Ability to apply advanced mathematical, economical and statistical concepts.- Quantitative and analytical skills required.- Ability to process and understand data quickly and creatively.
