Qualifications5-10 years of technical experience in software development, with a significant focus on full stack roles.Proven experience in a leadership or management position, leading a team of 5 or more engineers.Expertise in Python and Go Lang for backend development.Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem for front-end development.Extensive experience with relational databases, specifically Postgre SQL.Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture.Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Apache Hadoop , Apache Spark , and Apache Kafka.Experience with machine learning frameworks, particularly Tensor Flow.Familiarity with the Elastic Stack for data logging and analysis.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust full stack applications using Python and Go Lang for backend services and React.js for front-end development.Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Design and manage databases using Postgre SQL , ensuring data integrity and performance.Utilize and manage services on AWS (Amazon Web Services) , including EC2, S3, RDS, and others, to deploy and scale applications.Implement and manage data processing pipelines using technologies like Apache Hadoop , Apache Spark , and Apache Kafka.Develop and integrate machine learning models using Tensor Flow to enhance application functionality.Build and maintain logging and monitoring systems using the Elastic Stack ( Elasticsearch , Logstash , Kibana ).Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
