Qualifications- 10-12 years of technical experience in software development, with a significant focus on full stack roles.- Proven experience in a leadership or management position, leading a team of 5 or more engineers.- Expertise in Python and Go Lang for backend development.- Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem for front-end development.- Extensive experience with relational databases, specifically Postgre SQL.- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture.- Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache Kafka.- Experience with machine learning frameworks, particularly Tensor Flow.- Familiarity with the Elastic Stack for data logging and analysis.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.- Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust full stack applications using Python and Go Lang for backend services and React.js for front-end development.- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Design and manage databases using Postgre SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.- Utilize and manage services on AWS (Amazon Web Services), including EC2, S3, RDS, and others, to deploy and scale applications.- Implement and manage data processing pipelines using technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache Kafka.- Develop and integrate machine learning models using Tensor Flow to enhance application functionality.- Build and maintain logging and monitoring systems using the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
