Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete product life cycle including product ideation, product development, filing and approval process with the regulator.

Handling sales/media queries, customer escalations, training sales on product features.

Managing loss ratio and recommending corrective actions.

·New Product Development

·Competition benchmarking and market research for India and international space

·Understanding of the industry, regulatory & compliance framework

·Understanding business and channel specific requirements whilst working on

·Analytics, MIS and portfolio management

·Quote management and underwriting interventions to maintain a healthy book

· Education Requirements - MBA from a reputed institute, undergrad in medical background is preferable

· Work experience Requirements – 4 Years’ experience in product management role preferably in Health Insurance or Life insurance
