**Responsibilities**:
1. To manage Group Health and Group Personal Accident quotes / referrals

2. Maintain underwriting process consistency and adherence for better TAT for quote submission and issue resolution relating to Group A&H.

3. System Requirement gathering, UAT and co-ordination with IT team for development of Health products

4. Providing Underwriting inputs in Product Development & revision for Group Policies

5. Coordinating with Operations and Claims for Inception, Policy Servicing and Claims settlement

6. Coordination with local sales team in understanding and developing the risk profile of group policies for underwriting within the set guidelines.

7. To analyse and review the portfolio.

8. To work on renewals

9. To develop working relationships with Intermediaries

Competencies:
1. Underwriting Expertise & Product Knowledge: Proficient in underwriting for Group Health and Group Personal Accident products with a deep understanding of health insurance products and processes.

2. Technical & Analytical Skills: Skilled in Excel and familiar with IT systems, leveraging these tools for data analysis and process improvement.

3. Collaborative & Communication Abilities: Effective team player with Sales, IT, and Operations, complemented by strong market intelligence and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
