Identify decision-makers, understand basic requirements, and schedule discovery or demo calls for the sales team. Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email using predefined templates. Record all customer interactions, call outcomes, and next steps accurately in the CRM. Share brochures, videos, testimonials, and other marketing materials with prospects. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment. Adhere to daily targets for call volume, connects, and meetings booked. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking over phone calls. Ability to handle high-volume calling and repeated outreach. Basic understanding of sales processes or willingness to learn on the job. Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking activities. Prior experience in telesales, customer outreach, or call center roles.
