This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office cum HR Executive located in Delhi/Ghaziabad-Indirapuram. The role involves managing front office tasks such as handling telephone calls, visitor coordination, and ensuring the reception area is presentable. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for executing HR-related functions, including recruitment, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and implementing HR policies, HRMS software, payroll ,attendance. Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR),payroll, attendance. Experience in office management, typing,drafting ,pantry & stationary management. Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations. Proficiency in administrative tasks and organizational management. Drafting applications, letters ,email, scheduling ,travel bookings ,record-keeping. Ability to multitask and work independently in an office setting. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
