The role involves managing front office tasks such as handling telephone calls, visitor coordination, and ensuring the reception area is presentable. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for executing HR-related functions, including recruitment, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and implementing HR policies, HRMS software, payroll ,attendance. Effective communication with staff and visitors will be a key aspect of this role.QualificationsExperience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR),payroll, attendance.Experience in office management, typing,drafting ,pantry & stationary management.Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations.Proficiency in administrative tasks and organizational management.Drafting applications, letters ,email, scheduling ,travel bookings ,record-keeping.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work independently in an office setting.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
